Hey everybody! Please remember to pray for safe travel and God's hedge of protection as well as his favor in all cirucmstances for Paul, Gates and Chari (as she flies all alone for the first time and only her third flight ever) from Ft. Myers to Chicago to Los Angeles). Paul and Gates will be flying non stop for 13 hours on first flight then landing in LAX tomorrow night they will go through all of the immigration stuff and then meet up with Chari! After that joyous union they will all fly out again after 10pm then change planes overnight in Philly then reach Fort Myers on Wednesday, July 1st. USAirways # 1446 arrival 12:21pm at RSW.
Every time you think about it. PRAY! Gates needs endurance and peace for this incredible journey home. He needs God's faithful love and your devoted prayers on His behalf as always. I love y'all.
We've attended several homecomings including our own it's kind of like a delivery room waiting area. Emotions swing there is laughter and intense silence. Mostly, you just hang together until you see his face!
Paul and Gates fly out on China at 9am our time tomorrow morning. (9pm in China)
Chari is flying out at 9am tomorrow morning.
Paul and I are a little jumpy about the lack of communication over the next two days but we know the Lord will be with us both. He's all we need.
